From the start, transportation was very comfortable in an air-conditioned minivan with reclining seats, which made the journey enjoyable. It was a special experience meeting the elephants and seeing how well cared for they are. Lunch was also a highlight, with delicious Pad Thai. Overall, it was a well-organised and memorable visit.”

“Absolutely loved the guide - he was excellent at entertaining the bus on the way to the zoo. That really made the experience worth it. Australia zoo by itself is just… stunning. They also stop by the animal hospital as well which made me appreciate the place even more. Only slight criticism is the return was slightly too rushed - would’ve liked an extra 30 minutes, but given Brisbane’s traffic, I don’t blame them for wanting to avoid rush hour.”

“They staff were very kind and helpful. There was always someone around to tell you which way to go or give recommendations. On the safari the guide literally offered my son her jacket if he was cold due to the breeze. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions (even those not about pandas and not related to the tour) The pathways were clean, shaded and so full of plant foliage it felt like a botanical garden. I wished I lived closer so I could walk around this gorgeous place regularly.”
