“We had a great time at the park. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The ticket office was efficient and gave good information. A couple of extra car park attendants would have helped especially in the Monkey car park. Maintenance work did not affect our visit. Prices of food etc were reasonable. Keepers were exceptional and keen to chat, offer information and answer questions. The drive round part was very calm and the fact you could drive round more than once ensured we got to see all the animals. We spent almost 3 hours at the park and could have spent longer.”
